We offer exchanges on apparel for alternate sizes, subject to availability. Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

All other sales at The Bali Collect are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if an exceptional circumstance arises, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order details and photos. Each request is reviewed with care.
